Joshua is really good in this work. I came from a background of predictable outcomes based on predictable inputs. Starting a business was a concept we expected to approach for retirement but due to some changes in the workforce we were encouraged to take a leap of faith. Joshua was patient with us and ultimately found the right business for us.
